What services do you offer? I provide branding, logo design, marketing materials, social media graphics, websites (Wix), Jotform setup, digital workflows, dashboards, and general design support for small businesses. I also offer three package bundles for different stages of growth.
What’s the typical timeline for a project? Timelines depend on the project size, but here are general estimates: - Logo Design: 1–2 weeks - Brand Kit: 2–3 weeks - Marketing materials: 3–5 days - Website (Wix): 1–4 weeks - Jotform + workflow builds: 1–2 weeks I’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
What’s included with a logo or brand package? All logo packages include your primary logo, submarks, color palette, font selections, and export-ready files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF). Full brand kits also include patterns, icons, and a brand guide to keep everything cohesive.
I don’t know what I want yet. Can you help me figure it out? Absolutely. Many clients come with just an idea (or even just a vibe), and we build the design direction together. I’ll help guide you through colors, style, tone, and structure to make sure the final product feels like you.
How many revisions do I get? Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the package. My goal is to make sure you love the final product, so we’ll collaborate until we get it right within the scope of the project.
What if I need ongoing support after the project is finished? You’re always welcome to reach out. I offer optional add-ons like monthly design refreshes, website updates, workflow support, and quick consultation sessions if you need help down the road.
How do I get started? Just head to my “Let’s Talk” page and send an inquiry. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll follow up with a few questions or we can hop on a quick discovery call. From there, I’ll send a proposal and timeline to get everything rolling.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes! Most clients choose a 50/50 split (half up front, half at delivery), but I’m open to setting up a payment schedule that works for your project and your budget.
Can you design a website for me? Yes, I build clean and simple Wix sites that are easy for you to maintain. This includes layout, colors, fonts, page design, form setup, and basic integrations. Need a landing page or single-page site? I can do that too.
What do you need from me before starting? It depends on the project, but common items include: - Your business name - A short description of what you do - Any inspiration, photos, or colors you like - Examples of designs or brands you love - For websites: your written content Don’t worry — I’ll walk you through everything.
Do you work with businesses outside Minnesota? Yes! Everything I do is fully remote, and I work with clients all across the U.S. Time zones don’t scare me. 🙂
What happens if I need to cancel a project? If a project is canceled after work has started, I charge for the hours already completed and may apply a cancellation fee depending on the scope. This ensures fairness for both of us and keeps timelines protected.
